Simple bone hooks identified by finial shape

Finial shape and sometimes body shape, can be used to identify the distributor of bone crochet hooks. Each company wanted a unique shape for marketing purposes and the finial shapes were sometimes patented or trademarked. In several instances here, the distributor listed is is not the manufacturer. The distributor would specify the finial shape to the manufacturer. For instance, the Fleisher’s hook marked Czechoslovakia was probably manufactured by Waldes Koh-i-noor.
