Ltd (ENTACO) was formed by Amalgamated Needles and Fish Hooks Limited<\/p>\n<p>1973 \u00a0 Needle Industries\u00a0purchased by Coats Patons Ltd, now known as\u00a0Coats PLC<\/p>\n<p>1990s \u00a0Coats sold\u00a0Needle Industries to its management.
